3. Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, we will send you order tracking information and tracking link email within 1-3 business days after you complete your order. Please enter the correct email address on the checkout page to ensure that you receive this information in a timely manner.
4. How do I track my order?
You can use www.17track.net to track your package once you receive your shipping confirmation via email or the messenger app.
5. My order tracking information says: "No information is currently available."
For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days to update the tracking information on the system. If your order was placed 7 business days before, but there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
6. My tracking information shows my package has been delivered but I never received it?
We know how important your order is! If the tracking information indicates that your item has arrived but you did not receive it, check the nearby area to prevent it from being received by another house by mistake. If they speak to your family, roommates, etc. on your behalf, talk to them. The package may also be left to the property manager or apartment office. Sometimes the package cannot be delivered because you entered an incorrect phone number during checkout, so our shipping company cannot contact you when the package arrives at your location.

10. Can I make payment with PayPal without a PayPal account?
